Jessica has experience in many different roles, such as teacher, principal, district administrator and a national trainer. Jessica has a degree in early childhood, a masters in Elementary Administration, and a doctorate in Education Administration. Jessica has strength in building programs and resources to promote teacher and student success. Jessica fosters teacher collaborations through workshops and professional development as well as hands on support in the classroom. She has a proven history of developing, implementing and managing educational improvement initiatives to meet learning objectives. With Jessica's wide range of experiences, she has the ability to support teachers, students, and schools within any community setting.
Amber holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education as well as a master’s degree in educational administration. Along with teaching, Amber has provided professional learning to educators across the area in balanced literacy, best practice instruction, phonics implementation, and math workshop. Amber has a passion for working with teachers to create authentic and purposeful learning. She believes strong relationships and community building within the classroom allows for optimal student motivation and achievement. As a consultant, Amber strives to create relationships that foster a comfortable, safe environment for teachers to ask questions, enhance their instruction, and dissect student achievement.
Ashley has her Bachelor's degree in Communication Disorders, a Master's in Elementary Education, and a Master's in Teaching English as a Second Language. She taught many years in culturally and linguistically diverse schools including three years in a London primary school. Ashley is an experienced educator and consultant that enriches students’ education through the development of the teachers with whom she works. She is passionate about reading development and believes in collaborative relationships and constructive communication. Ashley especially enjoys working one-on-one with teachers to build strong and effective reading instructors.
As an educator with over 16 years of experience as an elementary teacher, Instructional Coordinator, and Principal in private and public school institutions, Paya Sample holds a Master's degree in Elementary Education and an Educational Specialist degree in Educational Leadership. Throughout her career, Paya has served in various roles across the educational landscape, including planning curriculum development, facilitating action research cohorts, coaching teachers, and playing a lead role in many aspects of professional development. Although her passion areas run the spectrum, at the center of her work she aims to engage teachers in conversations and instructional practice that create a classroom environment where students feel connected and empowered to take ownership of their learning.
Brooke has a bachelor of arts degree in education, a master’s degree in education, and has her reading certification. She is an experienced educator with years spent in a variety of elementary grade levels. Brooke believes her role is to build upon teachers’ strengths and work side by side with them to implement practices that will help them grow as educators and in turn, help their students flourish. She believes in fostering strong relationships in the schools she works with to create a safe environment for teachers to learn and reflect on their work.
Lauren has been in education for almost 10 years. She has experience teaching within a variety of school settings including private, public, and charter. Her teaching experience began in Ethiopia and she later joined Teach for America where she taught second and fourth grade. She holds degrees in media, international studies, and a Masters degree in education. Lauren is passionate about helping all students learn to read and understand themselves better so they can guide their own learning. The NWEA reading growth data of her fourth graders (2018-2019) exceeded all other schools in its nationwide network. She is looking forward to helping others achieve even greater success within their classrooms by partnering with teachers. She believes teachers make the world go round!

Ashley's educational philosophy has always been based on the concept of doing what is best for kids. She accomplishes her goals by providing quality support for teachers through creating positive relationships and leading through a model of best practices. Ashley works closely with teachers and administration to confirm and challenge thinking on the possibilities of what is possible in education.
